Balloon Man Plate 1979 by Dominic John Mingolla. This porcelain collector’s plate by Calhoun’s is approx 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" 3/4". It comes with the original box that is approx 10 3/8" x 10 3/8" x 1 3/4" and it weighs 1.10lb. The plate has no chips or cracks, and the box has some shelf wear.
